We founded Dowell's Soaps, Salves and Serums with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We will have products ready for pick up or for shipping out within three business days. Shipping will be at the customers expense but every effort has been made to keep this as affordable as possible. The goals of this website is to make natural products affordable and local if possible.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me so that we can work out the best solution for the circumstances, either a refund or a replacement.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is at the customers expense. Every effort has been made to keep shipping costs low. Materials have been chosen to be friendly to shipping and with as few packing materials as necessary. Unless specifically requested, USPS will be used.
RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with the product you have purchased, please contact me so that either a refund or alternative product can be arranged.
